I asked ChatGPT which integration platform you should use to improve your business.
I started by proposing some vendors, and then I iterated, asking for more and more vendors based on its own recommendations.
You can see what it came up with, in the attached image.
Do you agree with its overall evaluation?
Note: I used a fresh and free account so that it would not have my bias in its answers.
My comments are:
- The rating seems a little “flat”. 3 or 4 stars and a single 5 stars
- The pricing can be deceiving, and the apples to apples comparison can’t easily be made. Some tools charge by workflow, some charge by workflow created and workflow usage, some a tiered flat fee plus usage, one is free under certain conditions, but in other conditions can be comparable to most other vendors. I am not even sure ChatGPT would have the actual pricing information.
- To be perfectly honest, I am not an expert on all the vendors and solutions (some of which I have never seen in action), but overall, based on what I know, it feels like a decent overview buyers could start from, to do their actual due diligence!
